Spots come out... or we'll replace the carpet.

Ultrel™: indelible^™ is no ordinary solution dyed nylon.  Stain blocking hydrocarbons become part of the nylon molecules in the solution dyed fiber.

If something spills on the carpet, follow the cleaning methods in our spot removal guide immediately.  If you have trouble removing a spot, hire an accredited professional cleaner.  If that cleaning is unsuccessful, contact your Kraus representative.  If Kraus' cleaner cannot remove the spot, we'll replace the directly affected area including the labor.

StainAway^™ is a spot removal warranty, not a cleaning contract.  Some limitations apply, so see the warranty for details.  While no warranty can substitute for proper maintenance, Utrel™l: indelible^™ is the most "cleanable" nylon ever.
