There are no coatings to wear off - the stain resistance goes right to the core of every fiber.

These everyday substances were spilled on both carpets.  After an hour, both carpets were cleaned as directed.

 

 

Strudon® IV is made from olefin polymer that is inherently stain resistant, so substances typically found in homes and offices don't cause irreversible stains.  It even withstand tough spills, like bleach, that can damage nylon carpet.
